our style
Our style is an ethos that comes in many looks. And we like to think not only is it seen, but also felt through our brand mission of enhancing human experience, connection and wellbeing through brilliant design and creativity.
We don’t stick to one aesthetic, instead, our Marx & Co stamp is derived from our love of pairing strong and masculine mediums such as natural stone, concrete, steel and wood, with elements of femininity, such as flow, form and shape. We lean into contrast. These combinations create timeless appeal, interest and uniquely balanced creative concepts and designs.
We believe minimalism and eclecticism can sit at the same table and not feel out of place.
Our preference is to harness natural materials, textiles and products that are sustainable, long lasting and strengthen our connection to nature. We take inspiration from the moods, colours and elements of the natural world, creating spaces, ideas, and concepts that feel holistic, harmonic, and aligned to meet the fundamental needs of humans.
