Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and their immediate delivery, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind once a digital product has been supplied or made available for download.

If you experience an issue accessing your files, receive an incorrect file, or believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Physical Products

For physical products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order where possible. Please include your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Where a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions before the item is sent back. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

International Orders

For orders placed outside Australia, additional consumer rights may apply under the laws of the country in which you live. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
